Sofros «P&M» 2017
Vivid and eye-catching shades, clean. A jewel in a glass.
Memories of my grandfather’s stews; spices, jam… pleasant scents that excite our senses.
As it dissolves in the palate, we taste elegant stone fruits, a touch of scrubland, and spices of ours, of our land, of our barrels.
We wake up to an empty bottle!
