This wine is made with the variety of grape Verdejo, from a controlled vineyard of 29 years of age, in formation of trellis, located in the municipality of Rueda (Valladolid). At 761 meters of altitude.
A warm winter that gave way to a dry summer. Very good grape quality with a very pronounced average decrease in yield, initially due to the Filomena storm (in spring) that caused frost and some hail, and later due to the rains and some hailstorms in late August and early September. Even so, these conditions helped to increase the quality of the grape and yielded an optimal ripeness.

Of gravely terrain with sandy loam texture, good aeration and drainage.
