Aromas of citrus, grass, white peach, fennel and dried herbs, very varietal. On the palate it is a dry fresh wine with crisp acidity well balanced with good volume with some brioche notes from the lees ageing. Long finish and very gastronomic.

This wine is made with the Verdejo grape variety in organic viticulture, from a controlled vineyard of 26 years, located in the municipality of Rueda (Valladolid). Altitude of 761 m.
The climate 2022 was characterized by high temperatures, accelerating the ripening of the grape, small bunches by very pronounced water stress since the beginning of spring. The absence of rainfall causes a good quality of grapes and absence of diseases. In winter and early spring there was a low availability of water favouring a good vegetative development.

Gravelly soil with silty sandy texture, good aeration, and drainage.
